Frank is on a business trip when an unexpected event forces him to stop at a motel to rest for the night. He goes across the street to a bar to have a drink before he turns in. He meets a beautiful woman and anticipates an enjoyable night of romance. Suddenly, Frank's world is turned upside down. Everything goes black. He wakes up to agonizing pain, disturbing dreams and dark nights of the soul. His life has been stolen from him. Old beliefs are destroyed as a new reality emerges.
