Governments will learn how to seek profits responsibly and relentlessly. Integration of permanent funds and P/PFI C-G corporations will eliminate all of the traditional jurisdictions and tiers within the combined public sectors of every participating nation. The concept of fixed town, city, county, and state boundaries may be made superfluous by a mutable boundaries exchange with borders being expanded and contracted upon whim and with distant and foreign territories being assumed or relinquished just as easily as tangent properties. The result will be a new world order bound for a democratic and competitive state capitalist one world government system.
