Just before Lucy turned 11 years old, her unremarkable life was turned upside down. Faced with a move to an unfamiliar place to live with a grandparent she has never met, Lucy begins a journey into a life she never pictured. On the first day of school in her new town, Lucy acquires a friend, Lily, who is everything that she isn't. Lucy is quickly drawn into Lily's world and together they go on a secret quest to find Lucy's father. Along the way Lucy discovers she has a special talent that ultimately defines who she will become.
