In this lesson the student will learn an intermediate level solo of "You've Got a Friend," by James Taylor, without using any music or print. This arrangement is fully demonstrated with backing tracks and then taught in two- to four-measure sections completely "by ear." At the end of the lesson the backing tracks are provided again without the piano on them for the student to use for their own live performance.
