The study provides use data for many specific applications such as Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, Lectora and many others, as well as course management systems such as Blackboard.  Survey participants comment on how urgent their need is for course authoring expertise, which programs they use the most, and what their needs are in this increasingly critical area.
