The author of this book is Shri Siddhartha Kumar Dutta, a Hons graduate from Calcutta University. At the frag end of his service in a Govt PSU, he has written an autobiography of his 35 years challenging carrier, where he faced huge up & downs and narrated his experiences through this book. Unless we read this book it is very difficult to believe that even the peoples who are working in the civilian sector of a Govt department are also facing so many difficulties while performing their duties with utmost dedication. He worked at Central Warehousing Corporation, (A Govt of India Undertaking), which is a pioneer Govt sponsored storing agency and catering memorable service in the storage, public distribution, and allied field and got Mini Ratna status of Govt rating for its performance and unique service for the nation.
