This book also contains Court of Criminal Appeals rules, instructions and procedures. This book is updated annually to reflect changes in the law. The statutes are current through all special sessions of the 2023 Legislature. The case law annotations and updates to the Rules of Evidence and Rules of Appellate Procedure are current through June 30, 2024.
