Having an enriched and empowered spiritual life would mean that a person is able to accept himself, no matter what limitations he has. When you don't accept it and tend to blame yourself for things because you are a weak person who has very little capabilities, then you should start mentoring yourself to forget that part.

Keep in mind that you are on the path of spiritual empowerment, if you do not help yourself to improve and accept things as they are, no one else will be able to help you in that aspect. It is also important that you always remember the mistakes you have made in the past and take action from them instead of going backwards and going back the other way. Don't forget that mistakes are what shape a person and sometimes they can be unavoidable.

One can always learn something from a mistake and, when one does, one commits to not committing the same action again. However, one must also remember that a person learns and improves. It cannot always be said that making a mistake is inevitable, because it can be, when it happens repeatedly. Making the same mistakes over and over again is a sign that you are not doing anything to help yourself improve and move up another rung in terms of spiritual empowerment. Become your own coach: you are the only person who can always accompany you and check the mistakes you may make. You are also the only person who can make sure you don't make the same mistake again.
