Applications of heat have attractive potentials in oncology. Serious assessment is sometimes difficult, because thermotherapy or hyperthermia emerge today in various forms and labels such as nanotherapy, radiofrequency hyperthermia, annular phased array system, MR thermo-graphy, capacitive heating, whole body hyperthermia etc.
