Gary and Joe are back and involved with another case where they meet Jenny who is a police officer. She was sexually assaulted and raped by another police officer on the force. While she is trying hard to keep it together, she knows the brotherhood and code blue mindset of police officers. She calls on Gary and Joe to investigate this case and bring her attacker to justice. The obstacles are against Gary and Joe but they push on and fight to change the politics of policing in America.
