This report looks closely at support for law school faculty research funding. While this funding is far less important than in the hard sciences, it is still a significant factor in law school research and in the attractiveness of particular themes and law schools for legal scholars.The study helps its readers to answer questions such as: how much financial are legal scholars getting from government, foundation and higher education sources to support their research?  How many grants are they applying for?
