In this ebook we have sought to address career experiences and related identity development of individuals in organisations by taking into account multiple strands of equality and diversity including gender, age, disability, ethnicity, sexuality, and religion. This issue follows a stream at the Second Equal Opportunities International Conference that was held in 2009 in Istanbul.
