An adventure full of mutinies, crime, discoveries, heroes, and villains... The story of how Magellan sought to show that the Earth was round by traveling around the world and suffering, as a consequence, betrayal, hunger, and disease during two long years. In 1519, the Portuguese left Seville accompanied by four captains and 256 men –a crew of Spanish, Italian, German, Flemish, Portuguese, African, and Arab crewmen recruited forcefully and who were not convinced of what they were in for. From the very first moment of the journey an error was made that would have its consequences during the long journey.
