A Summer Romance is the title of a book within a book that deals with the spirits of the comatose who visit those who can sense their presence. When a girl in a hospital is visited by the spirit of a guy in ICU the strange reality of the little story that she was reading became personal. Their friendship developed from that spirit contact.
