What will it take to heal a broken spirit?

When Katrina and Andrew Starry moved to Colorado territory to start Liberty Ranch, a home for adoptive families. They never expected to be parents right away to three extremely broken girls. As they try to parent, they find out it is harder than they ever thought. Will these children come between them? Can God heal their hurts and quarrels?

Isabella Donovan came to help Liberty Ranch running smoothly, but she has her own issues while being courted by rough mountain man Jesse Starry. Being through what the girls had faced every day Izzy attempts to help them while trying to save Jesse. Will he lead her away from what she knows is right? After making a terrible mistake, Izzy runs like she always has. Can Jesse truly be the man she needs? Can God forgive them? Will they get a second chance at love?

As the starry women meet new circumstances along the way, they have a choice to follow God. When disaster strikes, they must decide on what they want? Will the asylum win? Can God pull them through this?

What readers said about book 1, Liberty House

*Wow, this one will play upon your heartstrings. The character development is strong and excellent and the story is rife with emotions. The story is of the Starry Family, especially Tommy. Many members of the Starry Family have been unwanted and abandoned and taken in by the family, including Tommy. Tommy has been tormented for years by a mystery man and thus the family engages the services of a family friend, a U.S. Marshall, to try to discover who this mystery man is. Be sure and grab yourself a copy of this book and find out the "rest of the story". I really enjoyed this story and highly recommend it. It is a real page turner; one that requires a tissue or two.

*It is well written and hooks you on the first page. This book is full of emotions and you can feel every one of them. I highly recommend this book. I loved it and can't wait to see what this author writes next.

*This book was good. It had mysteries, love, romance with a story of abuse intertwined in it. Not a book I would normally read, but I enjoyed it and a few times it was hard to put the book down. So glad evil did not win. I loved the Bible verses it!
