On the surface, the MacNeill family seemed perfect. Martin, a successful physician, and his wife Michele, lived in a gated community in Utah's Pleasant Grove neighborhood. The couple had four biological children, and had adopted four more. They were well-liked, and were all active in the Church of Latter Day Saints. Behind closed doors, though, a storm was brewing that was about to turn deadly.
