Josephine is a young alcoholic in an out of trouble with the law. She has been assigned to stay at the Hanover House, a long abandoned building rumored to have been haunted but has now been transformed into a halfway house for recovering addicts. Josephine then discovers that her new home was once home to one of America's most prolific serial killers and now someone seems to be following in his bloody footsteps.
