In this follow-up to Justin Fulkerson's psychological thriller Freckles the Clown, Detective Burks is on the trail of a serial killer leaving body parts all around Lubbock, Texas for unsuspecting victims to find while Geocaching.

As the hunt begins, it becomes obvious that the killer is the true culprit in several missing persons and closed murder cases. Burks and his partner Ramirez are forced to watch their detective work picked apart as wrongly convicted men are freed from prison and every case they worked is taken into question.

As the body count rises, it becomes clear that the killer may be closer to Burks than he ever imagined.
