If recent history has told us anything, it is that relationships between parents and children are just plain different. Today, the level of respect for one's parents is at a much lower point than say, 100 years ago. With that being said, crimes have escalated over the past 50 years to include the completely heinous. Crimes against parents committed by their children have been on the rise. As unthinkable of a concept as this is to most of us, Suzane von Richthofen didn't feel the same. Not only did Suzane commit the murder of her parents, she teamed up with her boyfriend to completely send this crime over the edge. This murder is one of the few over the past 20 years to garner such full international attention. The decision to murder a one's family is one that is unimaginable. The background of this case make it even more interesting. On October 31, 2002, Suzane von Richthofen murdered her parents. This is her story.
