On the eve of the Li and Huang families proposing an arranged marriage for their children Bao and Jia, Liqin feels insecure about losing his long-cherished love for Jia. Amidst the storm that was brewing in the families, Bao is assaulted in Cervinia along with his true love. As the families gather to assure the security of their children it opens up a pandora's box of past betrayals, hurt feelings, and grudges which they need to overcome to secure the safety of their children.
Sometimes all that it needs is a storm in our lives to still the surging sea of anguish, rejection, envy, greed, revenge, and selfish ambition. Two families divided and drifted apart by a decision of choosing love over an arrangement, get back together as the lives of their children cross paths with each other. Together they learn to value relationships over greedy ambitions. Join these families on a winding lane of memories where forgiveness clashes with the urge to revenge. Will they be able to conquer and subdue their past ill feelings towards each other? As the value systems of Bao, Liqin, and Henry join forces on the beautiful Swiss Alps, will it snowball into a powerful force strong enough to cleanse its path of all evil and find true love in the purest of its form? Will their loss bring about repentance into their families and unite them once again to set an example for society to learn from? Will the snow clad in red once again bask in the glory of the rays of the early sun rising over the lofty Matterhorn to present to the world a memoir like never?
