On the orders of Dr. Silk, agents of Webnet have neutron-bombed an Australian cruise liner, leaving it a floating and irradiated ghost ship on the high seas. Now Ninjak will have to track down Dr. Silk's bomb-making plant before he can sell more of these lethal weapons to terrorists around the world.
