With the assistance of several hundred practicing Washington lawyers who have invested several thousand hours to write and edit the Washington Civil Procedure Deskbook, it remains a "bible" for lawyers in the civil litigation arena. Each author was asked to contrast the Washington civil rule with the corresponding federal rule, to address the purpose of the rule, to cite and discuss significant authorities interpreting the rule, to consider strategic and practical considerations and— throughout the chapters—to include practice pointers and comments.
