We all have felt pain, one time or another. We start to feel alone and start to crumble form the inside out. Depression starts to kick in and we slowly lose ourselves. We start to believe what we are feeling is normal. We are taught to keep quiet through all the heavy mental pain that consumes us. But I refuse to keep quiet... you're not alone.
