This course, suitable for children in grades one and two is designed to make math fun for your young child. As in learning to read, where children need to develop a basic vocabulary for fluency, the verbal problems in this course also build a basic mathematical vocabulary that your child needs to progress further. In addition to the numerical exercises, the real strength of this series are the word problems which help child relate math to real life.

Written math makes simple arithmetic tedious for young children, particularly for those children who are weak with fine motor skills and dislike handwriting. Often, an insistence on worksheets that require more writing effort than math leads to a dislike for math in general. We want your child to like math and learning math as a game helps this process.

This book series is designed to be done one-on-one with the child. You read the problem to him and wait for the answer. The answer is given next to the problem in the book and is just for you. Your feedback is immediate as to how well your child has learned a concept.

Now ditch worksheets and show your child how to do math, as it is meant to be done, without pencil or paper. Perfectly portable, do the lessons anywhere you like, in bed, in the car or while waiting. Available in book form and as eBook to be done on your smart phone.
