Many philosophers and emancipators have presented many ideologies and have endeavored their best for the happy living of mankind. Though our scriptures Bhagavad Gita, Quran and Bible taught us the philosophy of this life...... However, great, varied and many in strength they all failed because for us the fruits of happiness still remain unavailable. It is because today's internet, email and mobile technology have given birth to an instant gratification society. It is almost impossible not to find yourself drawn into it. In this book. Dr Abhinandan has maintained writing architecture as like his previous book did. He suggests ideas on how to overcome the lethargy, the boredom, the depression and regain control on life. I liked his idea of "think like a pilgrim, holding all things lightly, because earth's deepest joys are routed in heavens' highest blessings. Dr Abhi takes a look at life in a very revolutionary way and advises people to accept life as it comes. He says "Happiness resides in you" which is explained beautifully in his writing. Normally we find happiness through outside circumstances, society, friends, people by money, by looks but we many times discard the fact that happiness resides "innermost". It has nothing to do with health, money or success. This book has a beautiful discovery of mind-boggling in it and it guides an individual better on how to deal with thoughts and shape them for a better quality happier life.
