More than 2,500 years ago, in ancient India, the Buddha gave a lot of teachings about ways of living, how to live happily and decide our own better future. Things have changed a lot since then and not only in India but almost around the world people are repeating what the Buddha said. In spite of many years already passed, people are finding that these teachings are amazingly proper to make them happier.

However not all people have chances to receive these great teachings. That's the reason why nowadays there are so many violence and misery around the world.

The United Buddhist Foundation (UBF) founded in 2014 and officially approved by the California Administration as a Non-profit 501(c)3 Organization in May, 2015. As beneficiary of Buddha's teachings, we want to spread the Buddha's teachings to all people around the world, especially Vietnamese speaking people in and outside Viet Nam.

Much work has been done but lots of other things still have to be done for the future. We call for any action which help people release misery and live better. Above all we believe that everyone should have a chance to reach the Buddha's teachings and try them by themselves. And that's the reason why we are here.
