U.S. Navy Chief Charlene "Charley" Dawson commands a Riverine patrol boat as part of a joint U.S./Peruvian task force charged with intercepting the narco trade from Colombia. In that capacity she's inserted and extracted special operations teams all along the upper reaches of the Amazon. None of them weee led by anyone as tough and uncompromising as US Delta Force Sergeant Jack Halliday, though.
