Willow Thomas is stunned to land the lead in the community theatre production and even more shocked she's to perform opposite of Eli McAvoy, the best friend she abandoned three years before. To make matters worse, the rest of the cast would prefer she go play in traffic, her vocals give the director headaches, and her dog is sick.
Adding to that, her old friend Eli has grown up and now possesses confidence and good looks, as well as a giant chip on his shoulder. He's in no hurry to play nice with Willow, but their locking horns on the rehearsal stage leads to them locking lips in the backseat of his car. Stage kisses need rehearsal too!
Just when Willow has her life under control, another surprise is delivered. Will she run or finally stand and face her fears? Will the show go on? And will Eli be there to help, or turn his back on her for good?
