This is the only cycle analyses and study of America's war peace history. Over the nearly 400 years of history from colonial times and Indian battles and Colonial Wars to the present of the 09-11 attacks and America's invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan, periods of war followed by periods of peace have occurred in regular cycle periods. Due perhaps to both expanding boundaries and growing population numbers and technology which has caused a world increase in the speed of events, the war peace cycles have exhibited perfect 'time fractual' behavior, in 'accelerating' to shorter cycle lengths while remaining harmonic in their timing. The post 1999 war peace cycle has so far both correctly predicted the several war surges America has experienced and peace period lows, while being exactly opposite to the major stock market movements, so that this study also provides a unique insight into the major future turning Times (not price levels) of America's stock market as measured by the traditional indexes.
