This Community Engagement (CE) toolkit provides the relevant guidelines for a CE programme/project to achieve sustainable development goals across a broad spectrum using local innovations and creative problem-solving approaches. Using the quadruple helix concept, CE programme/project will involve the four stakeholders of Institutions, Industry, Community and Government Agency to collaborate and share ideas in ensuring the success and significant impact of CE programme/project/

This toolkit will also share the best practices of past CE programme/project which consist of comprehensive guidance and resources in designing impactful and sustainable projects. This toolkit can be customized and innovatively applied to address specific issues and/or development in the targeted community.
