This book focuses on exploring the impact of organizational resilience on the sustainable growth of companies, focusing on answering two questions: What makes highly resilient companies out of crisis and achieve sustained growth? What shapes the organizational resilience of highly resilient enterprises? The author adopts a multi-case comparison research method, and selects six high-resilience companies from the United States, Japan, and Denmark, including Southwest Airlines, Apple, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Lego, as research cases. The five core strategies adhered to: one strategy, stable capital, mutually beneficial relationships, tenacious leadership, and a culture of excellence, and 17 key measures to build a highly resilient enterprise.
