The 1990 Yearbook addresses five broad areas of direct interest to those involved in international business practice: 1. Product liability - developments in Germany and Denmark; 2. Foreign investment - addressing current problems in Norway, Hungary, Venezuela and Brazil; 3. Litigation and Dispute Resolution - covering issues of Arbitration, Enforcement, ADR and Swiss courts' jurisdiction; 4. Establishment and organisation of Enterprise - with reference to the Netherlands, and the EEIG; 5. General Commercial issues - including banking secrecy, hostile take overs, joint venture taxation, and off-shore installations. The Yearbook is published under the auspices of the Center for International Legal Studies.

The Editor Dennis Campbell is Director of the Center for International Legal Studies, Salzburg, Austria and international legal counsel for Brown, Rudnick, Freed & Gesmer of Boston, USA. He is assisted by a distinguished Board of Advisers drawn from leading academics and practitioners in Europe, North America and the Far East.
