This work consists of two primary looseleaf binders, plus an annual case law binder.
The annual case law volumes of the Trade and Tariff Reports contain Canadian decisions by administrative tribunals and from the courts concerning custom and trade remedy laws. A cumulative Table of Cases and a Cumulative Table of Statutes Judicially Considered are also included. Updates to Reports are issued bi-monthly.
Volume 1 of the National Trade and Tariff Service contains:
Volume 2 contains the full text of relevant federal statutes including: the Customs Act the Customs Tariff Act, the Customs Excise Offshore Application Act, the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canada/U.S. Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, and the Export&; Import Permit Act. All statutes are fully indexed and annotated.
