Perhaps by not understanding what I do here and why things happen it made me rethink the exposition on which this book is based, as I understood that circumstances happen for us to learn something and I think we should "understand, learn and let go".
I think we go through some learning phases so we can connect with ourselves and others.
From each of these phases a sculpture materialized and I realized that something immaterial, as it is a feeling or a fact to materialize it, I saw it, touched it and helped me to be more aware of it, facilitating the assimilation process and helping to release such emotions more naturally
