With the ENERGY ATLAS, the IBA Hamburg presents for the first time a spatialstrategic approach to the energetic conversion of a whole city district. Hamburg's Wilhelmsburg district serves as a demonstration area for intelligent urban development with regard to urgent energetic questions.
