Tense thriller for ages 11-18. In 2056, Hong Kong is not a happy place to live, but it's Jeff's home. To prevent the spread of a deadly disease, all neighborhoods have been segregated, a curfew enforced and grim-faced troops roam the streets, ready to kill at any sign of unrest.
