The following points are discussed: 1) God's will includes a set of instructions for people to live their best possible life - specifically, that people should commit to a mindset of love. No other manner of living provides more contentment and satisfaction. 2) Before Christ, people were not on track to adopt the mindset of love on their own. People would not know the best way to live without the revelation of God's will, and without divine assurances they would not believe that this way of life could be sustainable. 3) There is no persistent proof of God's existence, but we have His will and we can evaluate whether that guidance has produced better results for people over time. The result of that evaluation can affect a person's belief in the existence of God. 4) Ultimately each person has to decide whether they want to live within God's will or outside of it.
