If we are saying, "Things will be better when God answers this prayer, or when He answers in a certain way," we are living in the land of want or not enough. God wants us to prove that He alone is enough before the answer comes. He wants us to prove Him as our source in the now. Waiting well is knowing deep down inside that our life, our joy, and our provision, and all that we need is in God alone – not in what we are waiting for. So let's be patient and ask God to help us to wait well. Let's leave behind anything that slows us down or holds us back, especially those sins that trip us up. So run with patience.
