The book interrogates the phenomenon of financial inclusionand exclusion in the Zimbabwean banking sector. The financial system should provide access to savings, credit, insurance among other services. The study discovered that there is in deed finacial exclusion especially to women and the youth. This was evident especially in terms of account ownership, access to credit and insurance. Mobile money offers opportunities to include the currently excluded population. banks are, therefore, encouraged to remove the strait-jacket approach to banking and relax their rules for the greater good of the banking industry especially the unbanked market.
