The universe is governed by multiple laws and rules that maintain order and prevent chaos. One of these laws is the Law of Transmutation. Transmutation means transformation. The Law of Transmutation refers to the transformation of a particular state or form into another form or state which can be either for good or bad. Usually, it is the energy that is transformed into another form. This is very much evident in the daily lives of people. The sun gives light energy that humans can harness into electricity. Electricity in the outlets can be made into light. Our bodies can move and give off energy. The examples of transmutation in the universe are boundless and can be observed in almost every situation. Transmutation is almost omnipresent and can be observed easily and everywhere. It allows change and transformation, which is very significant in day to day existence. Without it, everything would go stagnant and possibly decay. Transmutation moves everything and ensures that nothing stays the same for eternity. The Law of Perpetual Energy Transmutation comes from the Law of Transmutation. This particular subset of the Law of Transmutation states that everything is in constant motion and change. Nothing is the same as it was before, whether a long time has passed or just a second. The universe is constantly changing and moving. And everything within it is also subjected to this change. Energy, matter, bodies, objects, life, etc., are all under this constant situation. Similarly, humans are also subjected to this change and can be proponents of this change. They, too, can cause this change and can even direct it.
