MATTHEW

As trawlers set out for a nights fishing on Lake Galilee, darkness stalks the back streets of Capernaum. Matthew 'The Collector ' has violence on his mind and a 9mm Jericho in his hand. When people don't pay, he pays them a visit. With his customs and excise business thriving, life is good. But with success comes danger and Matthew has enemies. Ones that wouldn't think twice about sticking a knife in his back. When a chance encounter with the miracle man leads him to a secret meeting, Matthew not only puts his life in danger, but everything he's ever worked for.

After years of Union occupation, maybe now is the time that Israel fights back and this miracle man and his team are just what the country needs.

Only his men aren't the best and brightest, They can't even be in the same room together without trying to kill each other. They have no special skills, that's if you discount fishing or extortion. They most certainly are no band of brothers.

Josephus Annas sits at his desk in the upper Temple and pours over the weeks takings from 'The Booths of Annas Ltd.' They are lower than usual, and he knows why. Ever since the miracle man came on the scene business has suffered. Annas is not happy, and neither are the priests. Something must be done, but what?
