Fendt 942 Vario: Packs poke, sips juice • With the previous 900s, Fendt’s big horsepower crown was starting to sit at a precarious angle as its competitors closed the technology and versatility gap. But, with this sixth generation, the German tractor maker is bang back on form with features that are genuinely useful in the field and on the road, plus a new motor that packs power and sips juice. Or at least that's what our test team thinks

Massey Ferguson 8S.245 tractor: A new era • Marmite is probably the most apt way to summarise the styling of Massey Ferguson’s new generation of 152kW/205hp to 197kW/265hp 8S tractors. Schuitemaker Rapide 6600 forage wagon: Wagon progression • Schuitemaker’s latest five-model, 38m³ to 60m³ Rapide 1000 series forage wagons were given a 'refresh' for this season. We caught up with the 42m³ Rapide 6600 for a tour of the Dutch-built machine's new features
Pegas-Agro Tuman 3: Universally Russian • Pegas-Agro has been producing the Tuman for over 20 years. The tool carrier can be equipped with a sprayer, fertiliser spreader, fertiliser injector or seeder. Here we focus on the new Tuman 3, which was shown at Agritechnica
Spearhead 460 rotary topper: More to machine than model number • Spearhead launched the folding ‘Flex wing’ 450-6S wide area topper/mower back in 1992, this model’s all shaft drive design having since formed the basis for a comprehensive range of wider variants right up to the 12.10m wide Stubble Master 1210. Here we focus upon the still current Multicut 460 models
Overhauling the linkage and lights • In the second part of our workshop series on adding some...
