Sequel short story to Embracing the Magic.
Samual is now Town Magician. The adventures he and Rory went through are behind him and life is great. He is visiting Toby to learn magic, real magic, and become the best Town Magician possible.
His life is everything he ever wanted, except Jon still treats him like the town failure. Samual isn't sure what to do about the situation. Then, he learns a secret about Jon and embarks on an idea. An idea that will change his and Jon's lives forever.
This short story is a sequel to Embracing the Magic and a prequel to Transgression of Magic. In the timeline, it is story 1.3.
