When gunman Leo Kasselford arrives in town he comes with a lot more than a loaded revolver in his holster. He carries something a whole lot darker that haunts him and must be satiated.
His path crosses the two Wade brothers and a change is initiated that leads them on a mysterious journey of terror and death that none could have foreseen.
A rapacious and vengeful family is at their back, a gross and mean-sighted collection of reprobates who will stop at nothing to avenge themselves on Kasselford and then only by taking his head. He must run and this is something new to the gunman, a thing he has never done before.
But always in the background is the terrifying and unwholesome presence that cannot be satisfied.
