It's Halloween time at the Foley house, and vampire couple Will and Helen Foley can't wait to hand out candy to the neighborhood kids. But a sudden sense of cold, the mysterious strains of a movie song, and a possible shadow hiding across the street make Helen think all is not as it seems in the neighborhood.

Is it her imagination making her think someone is there, watching her? Is her mind bored during quiet times and trying to invent something to investigate?

Or is there really a haunter in the dark this Halloween?
