Rich in colour and rich in benefits a beetroots enrichment is hard to beat. Some may see it as just a vegetable and yes it does taste quite delectable. But there is more to a beetroot then just to be ate, from the colours to the shape, to the green hairs that can grow like a cape.

This short poem just goes to show that there are many more things that we can know!
