The most effective but unspoken reason why the majority of people are underachievers is that they are of the OUTSIDER status.

In every sphere there are people who are the main players, those in the nucleus of their spheres, who have control of the spheres and nothing happens in their spheres without their input, who are the fewest in number and they operate in tight-knit groups. There are also those in the periphery of the same spheres; who do not know much about what is going on in their own spheres, who do not decide anything about what is happening in their spheres; these are the majority. The writer refers to those in the periphery as The OUTSIDER Club. The members of The OUTSIDER Club will never be on the inside unless those on the Inside let them in or they force their way in.

Those on the Inside enjoy the most sought after thing in life; Autonomy. This book is about the variables which make those on the Inside autonomous; Money Syndicated Knowledge Territory Legions and the conditions which provide a person with or deprive him of Autonomy.

The writer navigates the unchartered waters of why people can only briefly find success but quickly Circle Back to right where they were in a few short years and why it is seldom that humans find Luck. He shines light on why it is rare to dominate a sphere of influence for very long or expand to other spheres beyond your original sphere.

Further, the writer explains why none of the four variables of Autonomy is mutually exclusive in the equation of Autonomy unlike the popular belief that Money alone or the other three variables, separately, equate to Autonomy. Also, why it is tough to defend, increase and transfer wealth, status and prestige past one generation and other phenomena which we take for granted. He shows why it is necessary to be the one on the Inside; to adequately attain each of the four variables on your way to Autonomy.
