An intern on his last day of internship leaves Interpol, while in five different cities around the world the most powerful mob bosses are surprisingly arrested. Shortly afterward, a disturbing message appears on the Cyber Fusion Center of Interpol's monitors in Lyon. The signature is "Elizar", and the voice is that of the intern.
Even though no government takes him seriously, striking things continue to happen in the world, causing people to do the opposite, and social media goes wild. A manhunt is launched to find who wants to destabilize every world system. Still, although an international group of agents is looking for him, Elizar is uncontrollable, and soon his former Interpol colleagues are drawn to his mysterious appeal.
