BASED ON A TRUE STORY
True Haunt: Ghosts Destroyed My Life! | A Historical Fiction And Paranormal Horror Story Set In The 1970s
With skilled eyes, the new owners could see through the overgrown lawn and crumbling facade to the once-grand pillars and winding trees of the southern plantation home. They had hopes of renovating it back to its former glory, creating a worthwhile family home that would be handed down through generations, but they didn't know of the evil lurking beneath the rotting plaster.
Built upon ancient cursed grounds, the southern plantation home has brought nothing but suffering and misery to all who inhabit it. Its first owner, an esteemed confederate general, went mad after winning a battle on its lawn and brutally murdered his family residing in the house.
Later, the home became a rest stop for stagecoaches, with patrons spending the night unawares and experiencing disturbing paranormal manifestations. The home soon closed its doors for 40 years, now with new owners, it's ready to make up for the lost time.
What was once supposed to be just an admittedly difficult restoration job, turned into a fight for their lives as the family must contend with paranormal entities hell-bent on chaos and destruction.
A mix of historical fiction and paranormal horror, True Haunt is based on real-life events of what happened to a family in the 1970s, after buying an old, haunted southern plantation home.
Follow along with the family as they slowly uncover the secrets of the house, and the mother grapples with what to do as paranormal events begin to take place.
