Set in the early 1980's. Otis Rock Weber is a man with a unique story about his life. He has lived through The Great Depression, World War II, and through many other times of uncertainty within the United States of America. His warmth, kindness, and dedication to providing genuine outdoor recreational experiences, has been his goal for the majority of his life. Having saved his money from various investments in his early career on Wall Street in New York City, Mr. Weber has kept a promise to himself for several decades; a promise to help people, and to add positivity to their lives; in addition to being a kind human-being towards others, he strives to stay humble and authentic to himself. His motto is "Life is what you make of it... it is odd, and strange one moment; and triumphant and grand the next...".
